This article details the features of the application of these methods in training, indicating their strengths and weaknesses. With respect to qualitative methods, the authors suggest using the potential of phenomenology, ethnomethodology and dramaturgic approaches. In the use of modern strategies big data and web 3.0, which today are the most promising in terms of studying the latest trends in society, the authors suggest ways to adjust a sample and data collection.
