This work presents an investigation of the electrical behavior of composites based on silicone and carbon nanotubes «Taunit». Fabricated films of composites with different concentrations of carbon nanotubes were studied using the method of current-voltage characteristics, and analysis has been made by interpretation of graphs plotted in linearizing coordinates of Schottky, Fowler-Nordheim and Poole-Frenkel mechanisms of conductivity. The applicable conduction mechanism for all samples was found to be Poole-Frenkel conduction mechanism which is favorable for manufacturing of microelectronic devices operating at low voltages, which include neural implants.
