We present analysis of random spin-orbit coupling in two-dimensional electron systems. This randomness leads to several interesting order-from-disorder phenomena, where this random interaction having nanoscale spatial size produces or modifies macroscopic spin and charge dynamics. Anisotropic negative magnetoresistance related solely to the spin dynamics of electrons is one of the examples of these effects and will be considered here in detail.
