The article presents the author's integrated method for evaluating effectiveness of company digital transformation. The method is based on the joint application of qualitative and quantitative approach and involves the use of different classical methods at different stages of assessment: the total cost of ownership, balanced scorecard, investment analysis methods, etc. The practical example illustrates the specifics of using the method in companies operating in emerging markets.
