Impact-investing, which implies investments that promote social change is an integral part of social entrepreneurship. In this regard, the main aspects of impact-investing development are analyzed and the experience of foreign organizations in social investment are examined in the article. In conclusion, the possible options of the social investment world experience are suggested for implementation into the Russian business structures.
