This paper investigates a principal-based opinion dynamics model with heterogeneous strategic control and uncertain trust parameters. External interventions are introduced through a controlled trust matrix, where the controls directly modify interaction weights instead of acting as additive inputs. Specifically, player 1 uses a finite-horizon open-loop strategy to influence the principal's trust weights, while player 2 adopts a one-step-ahead optimal control strategy to regulate the ordinary agents' responses to the principal. For player 2, we derive an explicit projected one-step-ahead optimal response, which reduces the coupled control process to an open-loop optimal control problem for player 1. We then obtain the adjoint equations and constrained optimality condition for player 1, and extend the model to an expected-cost formulation with uncertain trust parameters. Numerical simulations under the considered settings show that the proposed hybrid control framework can shift the terminal collective opinion and generate consensus-type trajectories. The terminal opinion is affected by the players' targets, the initial opinion profile, the trust parameters, and their uncertainty ranges. It need not always lie between the two target opinions, because the targets act as tracking references rather than hard state constraints.
