Abstract: We have shown that the standard CPT conjugation formulas are inapplicable to chirally asymmetric theories. The QFT formulas for the Lorentz transformations and the C, P, and T conjugations of spinors have been corrected. These ensure the correct unitarity or antiunitarity of discrete transformations and the chirality of the results.
