This article is devoted to analysis of the correlations between manifestations of the one and three year old child?s crises and characteristics of the mother-child emotional interaction. The study involved 35 mothers, the age of children - from 10 months to 1 year 11 months, Mage = 1 year 5 months (Saint-Petersburg) and 182 mothers, the age of children - from 2 years 1 month to 4 years, Mage = 1 year 5 months (Saint-Petersburg and Vsevolozhsk). The study with using psychodiagnostic methods revealed that in the «one year old child?s crisis» and in the «three year old child?s crisis» the constructive component is more pronounced. In both crisis periods about 20% of mothers have problems with the ability to perceive the child's state, understanding the causes of child?s state and ability to influence to the child's state. In the «three year old child?s crisis» mothers have more difficulties in accepting their parental role and reducing empathy. A significant difference is that in the «three year old child?s crisis» mothers have less positive feelings in the interaction with children. The constructive manifestations of the crises are more closely correlated with the characteristics of the mother-child interaction in the «one year old child?s crisis» compared with the «three year old child?s crisis». Negativistic symptoms of the crisis (as neurotic reactions), on the contrary, have more correlations with the characteristics of interaction in the period of the active «three year old child?s crisis». So, in the «one year old child?s crisis» well-being in the emotional mother-child interaction enhances constructive manifestations (with the exception of motor development) and reduces the negative symptoms. In the «three year old child?s crisis» constructive component is more pronounced in the case of mother?s sensitivity to a child, negativistic symptoms and neurotic reactions are less pronounced in the case of emotional acceptance of the child and formed block of behavioral manifestations of emotional interaction.
