Most of the existing theoretical and empirical models assessing the influence of
cultural dimension values of the group members on the group performance effectiveness are analyzing correlations between the level of particular cultural dimensions and the group’s performance, not looking on the effects of relationships tensity between holders of different values of particular dimensions in the group. This study tends to fill this gap, investigating the influence of differentials of the cultural dimensions developed in the GLOBE model on the performance of cross-cultural student groups working on projects required by the working programs of the taken courses.
