The article considers an approach to project dynamics prediction based on a complex model of the project. Project dynamics characterized by the set of integrated indicators of project goals attainability. The proposed model unlike common used network project models represents logical and temporal relations between project goals, external events and control actions. Quantitative indicators of project performance as well as expert estimations of events impacts on the project at different moments of time are used for prediction of project goals feasibility. The results of prediction can be used for analysis of management decisions under uncertainty.
