The energies and widths of the supercritical resonance formed when the ground state of a uranium quasimolecule is embedded in a negative-energy continuum have been calculated. The calculations have been made taking into account the total two-center potential of the nuclei. The results obtained have been compared with both the corresponding values obtained within the monopole approximation and the values found taking into account several lower terms of the multipole expansion of the two-center potential.
