The problem of adaptive control of discrete or continuous linear scalar objects is considered. The controlled object parameters are unknown. The numerator zeros arrangement in the transfer function from the control to the observed object is arbitrary, but the zeros must not coincide with the denominator's ones. The object is subject to an unmeasured limited perturbation. The control affects the object with a constant, but unknown delay. It is guaranteed, that after the end of the transient processes the deviation of the observed output from the desired zero value doesn't surpass a constant value, proportional to the perturbation amplitude.
