In the paper I propose to show that infinitum/interminatum difference, which we can find in Cusanus, stay important for Descartes. There are two (at list) types of evidence for him: evidence of cogito and evidence for infinite being. The last one should be explained in the terms of duration/time, difference, which is succeeded to infinitum/interminatum and this differens poins out to the memory rather then to the reflexion.
