The study is devoted to the dynamics of working in the Agile methodology teams development. The concept of Kozlovsky's adaptive team is used as a basis for the study. The study involved 143 people from20 teams. The level of team development was assessed on 9 subscales reflecting different aspects of team work. The obtained GLM models demonstrated the impact of the personal characteristics (proactivity) of employees and the organizational context on individual characteristics of the level of team development.
