Unusual facts in the field of grammatical forms, which are traditionally referred to the so-called “author's” use and even to negatively estimated deviations, can be investigated as eliminated lacunae, which means that the phenomenon is systemic and natural. The grammatical category functions in the text and the discourse not only in the standard paradigmatic boundaries, but also in violation of the latter, which is traditionally referred to as “author's” use or grammatical deviation. In the discourse, the eliminated lacunae (grammatical deviations) perform numerous and diverse se-mantic and pragmatic functions; therefore, the actual task is to fix the eliminated lacunae at the grammar-graphic level. The lexicography of eliminated (compensated) lacunae is seen as promising, since these units create a flexible adaptive system for reflecting reality.
