The article is devoted to the analysis of influence of rapidly changing external conditions on the market of
transport and logistics services in Russia. The increase in the share of e-commerce, caused by the pandemic
of the new coronavirus infection Cavid-19, began to impose more stringent requirements on logistics in terms
of delivery times, order assembly accuracy and the level of additional services for the consumer. It is noted
that, on the one hand, there was a decrease in demand for warehouse logistics, on the other hand, there
was an increase in the regional transport market. The assessment of the impact of the level of digitalization
of the company on its stability in the fight for the consumer in the context of the pandemic
