Today, the Nordic countries are of great interest to researchers in the field of Economics, political science, law and sociology, as the phenomenon of the welfare state(welfare state), implemented in this region, demonstrates a fairly high degree of efficiency for several decades. In the conditions of the Scandinavian economic and social model, a new type of relationship was born in the three state-enterprise-worker, called flexicurity. The developed economic system, together with high security guarantees, were the factors that led to success in employment in Denmark, allowing employees to be implemented in the workplace for decent wages and have high social guarantees, giving employers the ability to better control the sphere of recruitment and dismissal, and the state the opportunity to attract more staff to the workplace.
