This article is devoted to research on a subject of scientific magazine potential to become an accessible tool in organizing an edutainment-environment. The author shows a principle example by implementing materials from a scientific magazine «Schrodinger’s Cat» into the educational process and shares experience in realization of different programs for supplementary education, which are based on scientific media materials.
