the rules for assessing evidence in arbitration by courts are defined in
Article 71 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. The subject of this article is an analysis of paragraphs of the Resolution of the Supreme Arbitration
Court of the Russian Federation of 12.11.2013 No. 18002/12, namely those in which
the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation states: Part 6 of Article 71
of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation cannot be applied in the
process of evaluating evidence of illegal actions.
