The author analyzes all known Russian translations of the Polish Constitution of 1815. The information about the translation of 1940 is introduced into scholar discourse for the first time. The translations of 1816, 1907 and 1940 show socio-political changes there were taking place in Russia. The article actualizes the problem of studying the political language and socio-political concepts in Russia in the 19th-20th centuries.
