The article is dedicated to providing a description of the development of Chinese-Siamese relations: diplomatic, economic and cultural during the 13th
– first half of the 15th centuries. The specific conditions of both the official relations between the Chinese emperors and the
Siamese kings and of the private liaisons between the two peoples are
analyzed.
