Unification processes in the Eurasian space can be considered from the perspective of communication integrators, which include the production of highly qualified professionals in the field of communication, primarily in the field of PR. The activity of these professionals, aimed at explaining to various audiences the content and results of implementation of joint projects, aims to legitimize interstate organization and communication of post-Soviet States. Monitoring of the communication sphere status shows that the degree of development of the communication market segment in the post-Soviet countries is very different. One of the factors determining these differences is the situation with the training of professional staff, primarily in the field of PR and advertising. At the forefront of this process are the member countries of the Eurasian economic Union, which has considerable experience and close ties with representatives of the communications industry. Russia could become a reference point in establishing such a system of training.
