Today, when the processes of globalization are capturing more and more countries and peoples all over the world, it is impossible to train an effective specialist without an intercultural competence formed at a high level. Undoubtedly, for philologists in the field of business and management, this level is quite high, which determined the relevance of this study. The authors summarize the experience gained while working with students of a multi-ethnic group (Russia, Italy, China) of Master's program "Foreign languages and intercultural communication in business and management".
