In the article discusses the problem of the relationship between power and property in the Muslim highlander society of the North-Eastern Caucasus. This task is carried out through the prism of isolating the features of the highlander society as the main person involved in such relations. The key question is the realization of the power of the collective social individual through various types of property in Muslim society. All this is understood on the basis of a wide range of sources.
