The research presented in the publicationby V. Talimonchik (Dr. Hab. in Law), assistant professor at the International Law chairof St. Petersburg State University, aimsat analyzing the completeness and correctness of clarifications regarding the effectivescope of special collision regulations setfor the agreements on disposal of exclusive rights for results of intellectual property and means of individualization. It shouldbe mentioned that the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation focused onlyon such norms in Russian law but ignored unified international norms. The position of the Supreme Court rests on the specifics of the current doctrinal research and the policies of the Russiancourts.
