Article is devoted to problems of working crediting in Leningrad in the period of the new economic policy (1923–1927). Crediting order and forms, their scales are considered, the main shortcomings of sale of goods by installments are described: poor range, untimely deliveries, debt of shareholders. The author comes to a conclusion that crediting represented interest-free payment by installments and was favorably to workers. However the deficiency of domestic market has caused limited scales of the rabcredit and has forced to refuse the rabcredit on new economic policy “decline”.
