The article analyzes four paragraphs (10-13) of Heidegger's 1934 Lectures (Logik als die Frage nach dem Wesen der Sprache). The author emphasizes Heidegger's argumentation that thematizes the pronoun "We" and reveals the role of "conversation with each other" in the constitution of the community. The article demonstrates that "correspondence with each other" along with "conversation with each other" takes on a special role in the world of modem communications and media. The author shows that the difference between a written and a verbal exchange is secondary in its significance in the same sense, in which a discussion or a correspondence of the members of the group confirms the very existence of the group (or the institution), but in principle can neither terminate the existence of the group, nor reveal it.
