This study will examine several situations with the Black Star music label when it was sued by former members. The bottom line was that each member of the music label performed under their own pseudonym, which was registered as a trademark. At the same time, each participant who joined a music label signed an agreement on the alienation of exclusive rights to the created works and their performance, as well as on the alienation of a trademark - their own stage name. Participants in such unpleasant situations at various times became Egor Kreed, Dzhigan, Kristina Si and L'One. The study will give a legal assessment of the situations that have developed with known performers.
