The article deals with the under-investigated episode of the the Soviet-Polish relations during the period from 1918 to 1919. The author sets the task to estimate goals and objectives of the activity of the Red Cross mission in Warsaw and to appraise significance of the execution of the Soviet Red Cross mission in the formation of bilateral relations between Poland and the Soviet Russia.
