Cell and tissue selfassembly follows some algorithms which still are in the very beginning of description. The formation of supramolecular complexes proceeds along the pathway of step by step establishment of more and more longliving thermodynamically stable structures and conversion of ligands into new receptor molecules, which is known as cascadereception mechanism of assembly. An involvement of newly created ensembles into certain functions and advancing of functions seems to be essential in that process. This review of literature contains some results of research of Balbiani’s body in oocytes, essential for the doctrine of dysalgorithmoses (1 figure, bibliography: 72 refs).
