In 2022, some elements of the ‘Information — reference complex system’ in the development and preparation of which the authors took part were posted on the official website of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. In this article the authors share, their main ideas, which were used in the development and implementation of their concept, based on the constitutional duty of the social state to really ensure the accessibility of justice, combating corruption, and the transparency of the activities of judicial institutions necessary at the field of democracy.
