The article deals with the specifics of the modern stage of development of education in high school, the peculiarities of individual training and the importance of taking these factors into account in the process of organizing and conducting online practice of masters. We introduce the notion of "individual learning", its peculiarities in comparison the basic parameters of the traditional lesson of RAFL, the prospects of further research.
