The article presents the results of the formation of information space research interdisciplinary scientific direction due to the integration of scientific information in a variety of information systems, which are the repositories and aggregators. At the same time the basis for the development of this space are the materials of the scientific conference. The proposed approach is implemented the principle of single data entry, which eliminates duplication and distortion of information. It reveals the specifics of the metadata distribution in various information systems, including to not support automated import metadata. It is proposed to automate metadata preparation processes for submission to the diverse information systems.
