The research for factors that could contribute to the formation of future professional professionals stress resistance initiated a study of the relationship between stress resistance and empathy of high school students, future psychologists, to complement the theoretical constructs which relate to the phenomenon being studied, since this problem is practically unstudied. As a result of the study, it was suggested that human behavior associated with increased aggressiveness in a stressful situation may be associated with a manifestation of a low level of empathic qualities of a professional specialist, and prosocial behavior with a high level of them. A relationship between stress tolerance and empathy of subjects-future psychologists which confirm by the method of correlation analysis was found.
