The bicomplex based on mechanochemically activated lichen thalli cladonia (Cladonia) in
the ultrafine powdered mixture and the roots and rhizomes of Rhodiola rosea - «Cladorod» has
been developed. Lichen р-oligosaccharides («active filler») conjugated with salidroside of Rhodiola
rosea transport it to the blood and then through the cell membrane allow a higher digestibility and,
as a consequence, increase bioavailability of the active ingredient from 5 to 10 times, thereby
increasing its bioactivity. The effectiveness of the bicomplex in improving an adaptive capacity and
its impact on non-specific adaptive response (NAR) and psycho-physiological state of the
organisms of the wushu and qigong athletes are investigated. The adaptive capacity of athletes is
improved: the number of athletes in the positive phase of the NAR increased by 20%, in the
negative phase of the NAR - decreased by 20%. The level of adaptation to physical stress
increased by 4 times; degree of fitness - 3.1 times, the level of physical exertion of energy supply -
by 2.8 times, the rate of mental and emotional state - 6 times and an integral component "of
fitness" - by 3.3 times.
