The article presents Peter Struve's concept of pricevalue, which confirms that the domestic economic science, by the beginning of the 20th century, had developed as a peculiar one, having features that distinguish it from European science. On the Marxist and neoclassical version of the combination of subjective and objective principles in the theory of value, domestic science has found its own answer. The essence of this approach is the unification of two principles based on the classical tradition, in contrast to the subjectivist solution in neoclassicism.
