Data processing was performed using Pearson’s correlation, factor and comparative analysis. Results demonstrated that participants of the study evaluating their relationship with their parents in childhood as a hostile, neglectful, emotionally cold, dominated by patterns of attachment “avoidant” and “anxious - contradictory”. These mothers’ representations about their relationships with parents in childhood were interrelated with non-optimal styles of parenting.
