The questions examined are the psychological features of the application users, as well as their motivations to participate. User experience is perceived by the authors as the basis of latent communication between developers and the individual. The motivational model was created on the basis of experimental data, including classical sociological methods, as well as the analysis of user reviews using machine learning methods.
