В статье исследуются особенности учета природно-географических, расселенческих, демографических и иных внутрирегиональных особенностей в ходе расчета базовых показателей обеспеченности населения объектами туристско-рекреационной сферы в структуре расчетных показателей в составе региональных нормативов градостроительного проектирования на примере Республики Коми. The features of accounting of natural geographic, population, demographic and other intra-regional peculiarities in the structure of urban design regulations are considered in the article. Baseline population provision indicators in the structure of the estimated parameters of urban design regulations are discussed. Tourist and recreation sphere of the Komi Republic is mentioned as an instance.
