This article demonstrates the application of business analysis methods of a state-funded medical organization to form requirements for the functionality of a BI-application. The specifics are determined by the complexity of an objective assessment of the economic activity of this type of organization – only an indirect assessment is possible according to information received from employees. As a result of the business analysis, the boundaries of the study were determined, the needs of stakeholders were identified, and requirements were formulated.
