Review of the monograph, which addressed the theoretical and practical issues of implementation of employee’s right to decent work in the modern world, analyzed the main directions of the program to achieve decent work, considered the issues for overcoming of it deficit. The ensure of employee’s right to decent work the author conducts through its main components (indicators): employee’s right, employment, social protection and social dialogue. The guarantee of these components in the Russia will allow, according to the author, at least, to reduce the poverty of the working population and facilitate he social integration of our country into the global economy, and, as a maximum, to contribute the freedom of labor and self-realization of citizens in the workforce. A significant volume of the monograph is devoted to the analysis of the principle of non-discrimination in labor relations, the concept of quality of working life, its components and criteria. The centerpiece of the peer-reviewed work is paid to the employee’s rights and mechanisms for their implementation. The author reveals the general approaches to the concept of implementation of labor rights: in theory separates the implementation of subjective rights and the realization of the right, highlights the conflict and conflict-free the implementation of rights, substantiates through active actions of the employee having multiple stages of implementation of labor rights - preliminary, a private treatment, achieving a result, the protection of subjective rights. In this monograph, there are other interesting conclusions concerning how to implement of employee’s rights in general and to implement of employee’s rights to decent work.
