The scientific interview with a Russian psychologist, doctor of psychological sciences, professor Natalya Anatolyevna Loginova was timed to coincide with her anniversary date and continues the series of works to identify the role of specific scientists in the development of the history of psychology as a branch of psychological science. During the conversation questions were raised about the events that played a special role in the fate of the scientist, about people, teachers, colleagues who influenced her formation and path in the profession. The ideas of N.A. Loginova on the current state and the future history of psychology are outlined in detail, problem points in the development of this industry were identified. Particular attention in the conversation was paid to studies of the history of the St. Petersburg-Leningrad school of psychology and scientific creativity of its founders – V.M. Bekhterev and B.G. Ananyev. The peculiarities of teaching the history of psychology at the university and the attitude of modern students to the study of this discipline are noted. The scientist's point of view on the prospects for the development of the history of psychology is expressed.
