The article is devoted to the organizational and technical method of improving the quality of the information systems development, which has the following features: implementation and subsequent support of a unified documentation system, management of public knowledge, building an end-to-end process of developing information systems, as well as its continuous improvement. These features are achieved through the implementation of the architectural committee in the structure of the enterprise.
