The article is devoted to the analysis of the main factors that have influenced the modern formation of public diplomacy and national branding in Sweden. The authors analyze how the creation of a common brand of the Nordic countries takes place during the crisis, as well as features already at the state level, which creates the peculiarity of public diplomacy and national branding of Sweden today.
