This article provides a detailed analysis of all the components of the housing and communal services of the city of Sevastopol: electricity, water supply and sanitation, heat supply, gas supply, garbage collection. A detailed analysis of each sector is carried out, followed by the identification of the most acute problems. After that, possible solutions are proposed. Also, various measures are proposed that will reduce the total spending on housing and communal services for the population.
