All organizations should continuously improve the system of communication processes in order to maintain the level of organizational stability, competitiveness, as well as to increase the speed of adaptation to changes in the environment. Because it is the communication system that provides the basis for the development and adoption of management decisions, as well as plays an important role in interpersonal relationships within the organization and has an impact on the perception of the company's image by contractors. The article is devoted to the importance of improving communication processes in the context of the formation of the information society. The author justifies the importance of the organization of this process on the basis of modern technologies: methods should take into account both the achievements of scientific thought, and various modern trends in practical activities.
