The article describes an algorithm for constructing a stone model from its polygonal mesh and a prototype photo. The algorithm allows you to make changes to the material to improve detail. All operations to build the model and material are performed based on various open-source tools, such as Blender, bitmap2material, blender_PBR. First, PBR cards are extracted from the image, then a UV scan is generated, after which a PBR texture is created and combined with the model of the object. In the course of work, an extension was developed for free open source software, with the help of which the necessary result can be obtained with a minimum of effort on the part of the user. The output was an object with a texture superimposed on it, generated from the original image. If necessary, the resulting texture can be exported to other 3D editors, as well as to make manual adjustments.
