The article substantiates the development of tourism for children with disabilities in European countries. The analysis of this process is made by three criteria: state financial support, accessibility of tourist infrastructure, availability of specialized tourist offer. Conclusions about the key factors of the tourism organization for children with different forms of disability are made.
