The article considers mechanisms of interaction of verbal means of implementing the dominant speech strategy of praising God and related communicative strategies of liturgical discourse. The verbal text as a component of multimodal communication is compared with musical applications. The conclusion is made about the close relationship of verbal markers and musical language
instruments as manifestations of the emotionality of liturgical discourse.
