The paper is focused on productive means of replenishment of modern business English terminology being formed in the conditions of dynamic changes caused by the active development of Russian economy. 2000 terms and terminological combinations selected from lexicographic sources served as the material of the research. The analysis of business English terms revealed the dominance of affixal-derived morphological structure. Prefixes are primarily involved in the formation of antonyms. The terms formed by the word composition made up about 20 % of the whole corpus of examples. Productive models of term formation on the basis of word composition are: addition of nominal bases, addition of nominal bases with suffixation m addition of verbal and adverbial bases.
